Good questions
Can I order for a specific date?
Yes. Pick your pickup day from the dropdown at checkout. Orders for events more than two weeks out should go through custom orders.
What if I miss the cutoff?
Your order automatically rolls to the following week's bake. If you'd rather cancel, email within 24 hours for a full refund.
How should I store sourdough?
Cut-side down on a board for up to 4 days, or slice and freeze for up to 3 months. Refresh in a 350°F oven for 8 minutes. Please don't refrigerate it.
How long do cake pops and cookies keep?
Cake pops: 5 days refrigerated, bring to room temp before serving. Cookies: 5 days in an airtight container, or freeze.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan or nut-free?
Several loaves are vegan (marked on the menu). We don't offer gluten-free and our kitchen handles nuts, so we can't guarantee any item is allergen-free.
What payment do you accept?
All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout. Cash on pickup for pre-arranged custom orders only.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes and cancellations are free until the order cutoff. After that, ingredients are purchased and dough is started, so we can't refund, but we're happy to reschedule once.
The fine print
Cottage food. Made in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine government food safety inspection. [Edit to match your state's cottage food labeling language.]
Allergens. Products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts.
Unclaimed orders. Orders not picked up within the pickup window are donated and are not refundable.
Weather and illness. If a bake has to be cancelled, you'll be notified by email and fully refunded.
Privacy. Checkout is handled by Stripe. We only see your name, contact details and order and never store card numbers.
